Throw a Bastille Day Fête With A Sumptuous Spread From Mirèio

Vive la France!

France's National Day, also called Bastille Day, is on July 14, which falls on a weekday this year. For many foodies, this is a day to be celebrated by indulging in French cuisine, cheeses and wines. But since we're still in quarantine, and a trip to Paris is not an option, the next best choice is a tasteful spread of French delicacies to serve at home. Don't fret,  you don't have to cook these yourself: simply order from the Bastille Day offerings of Mirèio à la Maison at Raffles Makati.

Available from now till  July 14, Mirèio's Bastille Day offerings feature sumptuous Barbeque Party or Canapé Party platters which can be ordered in advance. Vive la France!

The tasteful spreads include an option of a luxe ready-to-grill barbecue set featuring marinated Black Angus rib eye, rosemary and garlic lamb chops, honey and Korean chili marinated pork ribs, and pure pork sausage at Php8,900. This set is complemented by a fresh mixed green salad with garden vegetables and cherry dressing; roasted pumpkin salad with roasted pecan nuts, mixed greens and shaved Parmesan; and delicious sides and sauces fitting for a maximum of six persons.

For a light and flavorful fête, the cocktail party set menu includes delightful canapés highlighted by foie gras and apricot brioche, white anchovy Pissaladière, prosciutto ham and truffle cream brioche, and other exquisite selections. This set menu is available starting at Php7,500 good for ten persons, with an additional charge of Php750 for every succeeding person.

These sumptuous sets may be accompanied by curated beverage pairings such as Château Roubine Rosé or Champagne Moet & Chandon Brut Magnum, among others, exclusively for this Fête national.
