With a royal Windsor wedding in the horizon, we’re all inspired to bring a bit of royal luster to our everyday lives. Even Sunday brunch gets the royal treatment at Spiral, the multi-awarded flagship restaurant of Sofitel Philippine Plaza. Starting this Sunday, January 28, Spiral launches Le Grand Royal Brunch, a lavish quarterly feast that’s fit for the nobility. Here are five things you can expect from this royalty-themed brunch:

1. Distinctive dishes created especially for royalty

The Chinese Wok serves Stuffed Bai Hua Fish Maw created especially for the Chinese emperor. The North Indian Atelier prepares Murgh Shahjahani that originated in the royal Shahi Mughal era. The Hot Japanese Atelier offers Fresh Tuna Yaki Shabu-Shabu fit for monarchy. The Korean Atelier shares an imperial Grilled Beef Kalbi using special-cut beef short rib wrapped with zucchini and chili bean paste.

2. Luxurious items from Spiral’s 21 ateliers

Crown Roast of Pork

Pan-seared Foie Gras, Beef Prime Rib, Crown Roast of Pork, Caviar, and French Oysters are just some of the premium items on offer at Le Grand Royal Brunch. And don’t miss the Cheese Room where you can take your pick from its wide selection of artisanal cheeses and cold cuts.

3. Free flowing champagne

Brunch isn’t brunch without some bubbly. So we’re happy that Spiral is offering all-you-can-drink champagne to accompany your dishes of choice.

4. Le Royal Collection fashion show by Albert Andrada

Albert Andrada showcases his haute couture tea party-inspired collection, with creative direction by Robby Carmona. Albert once worked as the Royal Designer for the ruling family of Fujairah, a kingdom of the United Arab Emirates and resided inside the palace grounds for 10 years. He also designed the national costume and iconic royal blue evening gown of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, as well as the Barong Tagalog worn by state leaders and dialogue partners during the ASEAN Summit Gala Dinner.

5. Special gifts from luxury brands

You can get the chance to win special gifts from Power Mac Center, Guerlain, and Tiffany Perfume when you dine in Spiral on January 28.

Le Grand Royal Brunch is a quarterly series debuting this Sunday, January 28, 2018, followed by brunches on April 29, July 29, and October 28, 2018. The rate is set at Php4,500 nett per person.
