Bastille Day is approaching, and so the people of France, wherever in the world they may be, are just about ready to celebrate. But that doesn’t mean we leave all the festivities to the French. If you’re still looking for things to do this weekend, make sure you don’t miss the last three days of French Week at Sofitel Manila.

A longstanding tradition of the hotel, French Week is an homage to l’art culinaire française, and each carefully and intricately crafted moment of the week—from high tea to Champagne dinners and private wine classes in between—demonstrates French art de vivre

Lovers of the epicurean and the gastronomic will be more than pleased, as the hotel—care of their very own Chef Julien Cossé—has lined up the most indulgent and luxurious experiences in food and beverage. Check out what Sofitel has in store for the rest of the week:

La Route des Vins at Spiral (until July 14, 2019)

Since Monday, Chef Julien has been showcasing culinary staples from the diverse wine regions of France through La Route des Vins, or The Wine Route. On Friday, expect choucroute garnie (sauerkraut), baeckeoffe (baker’s oven), and flammenkeuche (tarte flambée) from Alsace. On Saturday and Sunday, the menu combines previous dishes in a medley of all the featured culinary regions, exhibiting the crème de la crème of French cuisine.
