Donal’s Asian Baking Adventure

Food writer and cook Donal Skehan presents a new ten-part series exploring the growing popularity of baking and flour-based foods in Asia. He will visit six different Asian cities—from urban Hong Kong and Tokyo to the street markets of Melaka and Macau—to meet celebrity chefs, family bakers, and food entrepreneurs and learn more about the baking culture of each country. He will then bring what he's learned back to his home kitchen, where he will make his own contemporary version of baked classics inspired by his trips, such as moon cake, green pandan cake, curry puff, matcha green tea eclairs, French toast, yuzu citrus cheesecake, and more.

Chasing Flavors Season 2

The Philippines is indeed home to a rich and diverse food culture. That’s why Filipino artist and Kapampangan chef Claude Tayag takes the task of going around the Philippines to chase after the different flavors and secrets of Filipino dishes. In the second season of Chasing Flavors, he visits Dumaguete, Davao, Pampanga, Cavite, and more cities around the country to learn more about their culture and cooking, and then create his own version inspired from his food adventures. Chasing Flavors won the Jury Award for Cultural Development and Sustainability from the 17th Gawad Tanglaw Awards.
My Italy with Margarita

After bringing back Italian cuisine to the Philippines, which earned her a Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia (Order of the Star of Italy) knighthood from the Italian government, she now takes us back to Italy to give us an experience of authentic Italian cuisine. In the show, she steps back inside Italian kitchens to get her hands and feet wet with the people behind the produce of Southern Italy.
