Sweet and savory treats from Patty Lou
Celebrity stylist Patty Yap and her high school friend Lou Reyes launched their food business venture, PattyLou’s Kitchen, last May. If there’s anything good that resulted from the lockdown for these two budding entrepreneurs, it was that uninterrupted opportunity to develop and improve their offerings. Their primary products are chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookies. They expanded their menu, and it now features a mix of sweet and savory items, such as chocolate and ube cheese crinkles, smores, ube coconut cheesecake, cheesy beef lasagna, baked bangus belly with parmesan garlic crust, baby back ribs, and the original sisig rice roll. They’re now ready to accept your orders for Father’s Day! They may deliver your orders via their own riders for an additional fee. Check out @pattylouskitchen on Instagram for more details.
Baked Barramundi and other treats from Cucina
Cucina offers a five-course set menu for PHP1200 per person, featuring new dishes developed by the dedicated restaurant culinary team. Guests may choose either the Burrata Cheese platter or the Prawn Cocktail to begin the meal, or the Baked Barramundi or the Filetto di Manzo (Angus Beef Tenderloin with foie gras, creamed potatoes, stewed shallots, and fresh truffle) for the main course.
