A good thing that arose from this pandemic the opportunity it created for increased collabs. People found new ways to work together to come out with clever new products and services, and the results have been fun and inspiring. One of our favorite collabs is A Christmas Special by Hapag x Sarsa, a special collaborative menu available from December 2 to 13, 2020.

The collab features a ten-course Filipino feast that is celebratory, imaginative, intriguing, and proudly Pinoy, with such dishes as Kare Kare Empanada, Tocino Cue, Palabok Negra, and Tortang Monggo. Each set is P4,800 good for six to eight persons. You can also opt for a wine pairing with a bottle of Vinocle du Rèveur Riesling, bright with beautiful lemony acidity that’s perfect for the courses.
