These range from plant-based versions of classics like Callos, Salisbury Steak and Tan Tan Ramen, to her ingenious creations like Grilled Singakamas Steak, Ginataang Mustasa Rolls, or Creamy Cashew Pasta. Even kids who generally hate vegetables will be won over by Veggie Kimbap and Sloppy Fries. </p><div><br/></div><p>Best of all are Juana’s handy tips on cooking and storing vegetables, plus her suggestions on how to present dishes beautifully, whether for everyday or special occasions. Juana recently secured her master’s degree in Food Security and Nutrition from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
