A collaboration between Kumori Japanese Bakery and Theo & Philo Artisan Chocolates, these are crunchy tart shells filled with 65% dark chocolate ganache, then topped with torched whipped frosting. 

Kumori Japanese Bakery opened its stores in Manila in 2015, and is famous for its cheesecakes and cheese tarts. Theo & Philo is an internationally awarded Filipino artisanal chocolate producer. From such a partnership, we expect nothing less than a spectacular dessert. And this is it.
