Master Chef Jereme Leung Returns To Conrad Manila

The legendary chef is serving a special set menu available for only six days!

Multi-awarded celebrity chef, culinary judge, and restaurateur Jereme Leung is coming back to the Philippines for the second installment of Conrad Manila’s “Legendary Chef Series” at their premier buffet hall, Brasserie on 3.


Aptly called ‘Flavors of the Orient’, Chef Jereme Leung — the man behind the same hotel’s famous Chinese fine dining outlet China Blue — will be showcasing modern interpretations of Chinese cuisine as well as classic dishes starting July 18th to the 23rd.

“Master Chef Jereme Leung’s limited engagement at Conrad Manila brings a lot of excitement as he once again delights guests with his magical culinary touch on extraordinary dishes most fitting during this period of our Legendary Chefs Series. We are certain that his exclusive new gastronomic repertoire will further heighten the culinary reputation of the already well-loved China Blue,” says Conrad Manila General Manager Fabio Berto.


This six-day offer won’t just give diners a delicious glimpse into Chef Jereme Leung’s mastery of Cantonese cuisine, which started when he got his first culinary job at the young age of 13 in Hong Kong; diners will also get the chance to meet Chef Leung and say hi to him in person — definitely an encounter of a lifetime for some.


Some of the dishes to be featured in this limited buffet run are Chef Leung’s creations like Marinated Lobster with Coriander Lime Jelly Dressing and Crispy Bean Curd Sheet, Deep-fried Kataifi Seafood, and Otak-Otak with Lemongrass for the appetizers. Warm soup options like Double-boiled Merry Fruit Peach Gum with Sea Cucumber and Black Chicken Dumpling, and Dry Moon Clam and Matsutake Mushroom Soup that are perfect for this chilly rainy season. And for the mains, brace yourself for a symphony of flavors like Steamed Sea Garoupa with Sun-dried Ginger, Red Chili Black Bean Paste, and Superior Chicken Stock; Slow-cooked Beef Short Ribs coated in Green Pepper Barbecue Sauce. Diners can also try the flavorful Black Sesame Fried Rice with Dried Scallops, Spring Onions, and Egg White Pearls. To end the experience on a uniquely sweet note, guests can enjoy Hawthorn Ice Cream with Chinese Sweet Vinegar Caramel and Traditional Onion Pancakes.

Conrad Manila's Legendary Chefs Series started in June with the visit of Chef Juthakorn Suraraksa (or ‘Chef Mink’) from Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. The third and last installment will be an Italian feast in August with guest chef Valerio Pierantonelli from Basilico of Conrad Singapore Orchard.
