Our Fave French Restaurant Mirèio Gifts Us With A 2nd Anniversary Offer We Can’t Resist

For those of you who have fallen in love with Mirèio’s casual French elegance, you have yet another reason to fall in love again this month. This upscale French brasserie located on the 9th floor of the Raffles Makati is celebrating its 2nd anniversary with a not-to-be-missed “one-for-one” special from December 12 to 15, 2018.



During this five-day celebration, lovers of Mirèio’s French Provençal fare get the chance to enjoy two orders of its most popular dishes, for the price of just one order. Among the appetizers, a must would be the signature Smoked Salmon Tartare with Granny Smith Apple and Dijon Mustard Cream, which is so good, we can actually finish two orders ourselves! A more indulgent starter is the Soft-boiled Egg topped with Caviar on a Cauliflower Purée. Or one can opt for more traditional French dishes like Pesto Soup or Salade Niçoise, both mainstays of the Provençal table.

For the main courses, signature dishes on offer include Duck Breast and Foie Gras on Roasted Grapes, which is French cuisine at its most decadent, or hearty fare like Crispy Braised Pork Belly served with Green Pea Fricasse´e and Roasted Australian Lamb Rack. Of course, you can go for lighter Provençal fare, whether slow-cooked Oxtail Parmentier, or the Mediterranean-style Pan-seared Salmon on a bed of tomato confit, garnished with wilted spinach.




Traditional French desserts are also part of the “one-for-one” deal with a choice of the Provence-inspired Lavender Crème Brûlée, 65% Maracaibo Chocolate Mousse with Truffle and Hazelnut Crunch, or delightful Cream Puff, Salted Caramel Ice Cream, Nougatine. The best part is the wines are also part of the special offering, with two glasses for the price of one.

Mireio will cap off its 2nd anniversary celebration with a Luxe Sunday Brunch on December 16 where guests can enjoy a sumptuous buffet highlighting Provençal and French dishes, including lots of desserts of course.
