Nobody throws a party quite like Newport World Resorts (NWR). And this year, they're taking the celebration to new heights with their very first Oktoberfest extravaganza. 

Oktoberfest, the world-renowned celebration of beer, merriment, and German culture, traces its roots back to Munich, Germany in the early 19th century. Originally, it was a royal wedding celebration for the Bavarian Crown Prince. The festivities were such a hit that they decided to repeat the event the following year, marking the beginning of a tradition that has endured for over two centuries.

In partnership with Hilton Manila, NWR is set to elevate this annual German festival to a whole new level of fun and excitement. Get ready for three nights of non-stop revelry, featuring free-flowing German food, beers, and live music! 

Beer aficionados can savor a selection of classic Bavarian draft beers like Helles and Lager, as well as high-quality special brews, including the Korbinian dark beer, bottled by the Weihenstephan Brewery, the world's oldest continuously operating brewery.

But it's not just about the brews; it's also a culinary delight. Award-winning chefs have crafted an authentic German feast that's perfect for sharing. Imagine feasting on freshly baked Laugen pretzels and soft rolls, Munich-style sausage salad, an assortment of Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, and regional sausages, juicy pork knuckle, and crispy chicken schnitzel. And don't forget to save room for dessert, with baked apple strudel and shredded pancake served with vanilla ice cream and berry compote – the list goes on!

The Grand Ballroom at Hilton Manila will be transformed into a classic Oktoberfest setting with long benches and checkered tablecloths from October 19 to 21, starting at 6:00 PM. Adding to the festive vibes, the world-renowned AnTon Showband from Austria will be performing all night, providing the best Oktoberfest beats that might just get you off your feet and do the Schuhplattler.
