Siu Mai is steamed Iberico Pork with Black Truffle that encases a soft quail egg, its creamy yolk bursting in your mouth when you take that bite. It’s a noodle shop. Wonton noodles that I guarantee will make you swoon. Dumplings that are firm, thin egg noodles that are chewy and broth that tastes like the rich soup of balut. Comfort food that you dream about. Congee is also remarkable, creamy and satisfying, with sea bass congee high up on my list. Their one Michelin star is back but it remains affordable, one of the cheaper Michelin rated restaurants in Hong Kong.
