This landmark Intramuros restaurant is serving up an 8-course Anniversary Degustation menu by Chef de Patron Bernice Pimentel for the whole month of October in celebration of the restaurant’s 29^th anniversary. Inspired by the "Bahay Kubo" song, Chef Bernice incorporates local ingredients into such dishes as Kangkong Pesto Brioche with Boursin cheese, Oyster Laing Rockefeller with chili and coconut milk, Sayote Egg Drop soup with quail eggs and crostini, Seabass Sinantol with sinantol rice, and Egg Pie Brûlée with rose crème chantilly, strawberry, green grapes and mango.
