Sarsa Kitchen + Bar’s beach and fiesta-inspired boodle kits and bilao have enlivened our mealtimes and helped us to celebrate everything from small wins to major life goals, in the most fun and fuss-free way imaginable. Their delivery menu consisted of crowd favorites, like the chicken inasal, Sarsa’s signature sisig, batchoy, and coconut-grilled liempo. A big hit was the Lockdown Palabok, which came with garlic annatto prawns, lemon grass squid, chili garlic, tinapa chicharon, chopped eggs and “lotsa lotsa love,” as their announcement read.
Sarsa’s Bilao menu soon included Inasal Sisig Pancit Canton with crispy chicken skin, chicken skin chili garlic, chopped eggs, shreddd cabbage — and yes, you can ask for extra sidings of crispy chicken skin, house chili garlic and sauce.
The Bilao Family was soon joined by Palabok Luglug Espesyal, with its taba ng talangka and shrimp head sauce, crispy tinapa, Tuguegarao longganisa, annatto shrimp, squid, crispy egg white, crumbled egg yolks and homemade chicharon, with some homeade chili oil on the side. And Spaghetti, topped with Tuguegarao longganisa, grilled tomato sauce, kesong puti and parsley. Yum!
