GET A WHOLE NEW TASTE OF ITALY AT AMICI

Amici’s Executive Chef Paolo Moran honed his chops in the kitchens of Florence and Sicily to truly learn the culinary traditions of Italian cuisine. Check out his new Italian dishes this weekend and get to taste the flavors of Italy in every bite.

Chorizo Puttanesca

You’ll definitely get a whirlwind of flavors with their Chorizo Puttanesca. Chef Paolo added sautéed chorizo to the classic Puttanesca, mixing in garlic, a pinch of chili flakes for that extra kick, olives, capers, sweet tomatoes, basil for freshness, anchovies and capers for that salty taste.

Salami and Blue Cheese Pizza

The strong flavors of their new Salami and Blue Cheese Pizza has fresh slices of salami, crumbled blue cheese, olives, and a little bit of anchovies on mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce.

Classic Ube Cake

Their Classic Ube Cake is super soft because of the layers of light ube chiffon with ube halaya filling, beautifully topped with whipped cream. You can either start or end your weekends with a slice of this purple beauty that’s not overly sweet.

To know about the other new Italian dishes that Chef Paolo has created and mastered, check out their website at www.amici.ph or you can visit their official Facebook page for more details.
