Magical Pinoy Spaghetti

Magical Pinoy Spaghetti

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic 

1 onion 

1/4 kilo fresh ground pork 

3/4 cup tomato sauce

3/4 cup banana catsup

1/2 cup hotdog

1/2 cup water 

1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

1/4 cup brown sugar 

1/4 kilo spaghetti 

3 tablespoons cheese


1. Sauté garlic, onion and ground pork in oil. Add tomato sauce, catsup and hotdog. Pour water and simmer. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and brown sugar. Set aside. 

2. Boil pasta according to package directions.

3. Strain spaghetti and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate, top with cheese and serve.

Supreme Embutido-Style Meatballs

Supreme Embutido-Style Meatballs

1 cup bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 tetrapak (125 ml) Nestlé All Purpose Cream

1 kilo freshly ground pork

1 carrot

3 tablespoons pickle relish

1/4 cup raisins

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

1 sachet MAGGI SUPREME SARAP

36 pieces quail eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion

1 cup water

1 sachet MAGGI SUPREME SARAP

1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons spring onions


1. Combine breadcrumbs, egg and Nestlé All Purpose Cream in a bowl. Set aside for 2 minutes.

2. To the cream mixture, add pork, carrot, pickle relish, raisins, bell peppers and cheese. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and MAGGI SUPREME SARAP. Mix well.

3. Flatten each portion, place quail egg in center, and wrap tightly with the meat mixture. Repeat until all meatballs are assembled.

4. Sauté meatballs in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. Pour water and season with 1 sachet of MAGGI SUPREME SARAP and 1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.

5. Place back sautéed meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes while basting with the cooking liquid. Transfer to a serving platter, top with spring onions and serve.

Supreme Seafood Adobo

Supreme Seafood Adobo

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 cloves garlic

1 onion

1 tablespoon ginger

2 tomatoes

2 pieces green finger chili

3 tablespoons white vinegar

1 sachet MAGGI SUPREME SARAP

1 cup shrimp broth

1/5 kilo mussels

1/2 kilo shrimps

1/2 kilo squid


1. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, tomato and finger chili in oil, 5 minutes.

2. Add vinegar, 1 sachet MAGGI SUPREME SARAP, and shrimp stock. Bring to a full boil, approximately 5 minutes.

3. Stir in mussels, shrimp and squid. Cook for 2 minutes.

4. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
