As a passionate baker and owner of the ever-popular Lollicake Factory, LJ knows a thing or two about crowd-pleasing recipes. Anyone who's familiar with "lolli cakes," perfectly rounded bite-size balls of cake stuck on lollipop sticks, can thank her for starting the trend in 2011.

Having first sampled the sweets during a trip abroad before her wedding, LJ soon learned that there was no one back home making them. As someone with a certified sweet tooth, she took matters into her own hands and eventually started making and selling the yummy treats herself that were delicious just as they were cute—a first in the Manila cake scene!

Fast forward to today, this Heny Sison baking class alumna and mom of three is more than happy to share another tried-and-tested recipe that no one in the family—or her squad—can ever say no to: crumbly Oreo cheesecake!

You'll also be happy to know that the simple yet satisfying dessert has the stamp of approval from the Bump Squad—LJ's mommy barkada of online influencers who delight their followers with everything from mom-friendly life hacks, parenting tips, words of encouragement, to mouthwatering recipes.

Without further ado, here's LJ, with her friends at the Bump Squad, and her step-by-step guide for making your new favorite dessert:
