He began his profession in Puente Genil in Andalucia, honed his craft at Michelin-starred restaurants, and trained under <a href="https://guide.michelin.com/en/principado-de-asturias/prendes/restaurant/casa-gerardo" target="_blank">Pedro and Marcos Morán at Casa Gerardo</a> in Asturias.
