Ring In The New Year With Nikkei's Fantastic New Holiday Menu

Plus a curated five-course feast with wine pairings available only on December 29

Here's a lovely way to farewell 2020 and welcome 2021: sit down with a small company of family and friends to indulge in Nikkei's new Holiday Menu available at their branches at The Podium and Rockwell starting December 28, 2020 until the first week of January 20201.  


In addition, Nikkei is offering a special Holiday Tasting Menu on December 29, 6:30 p.m., at Nikkei Rockwell and Nikkei Podium. This will be a five-course feast with wine pairings from Wine Warehouse, curated by sommelier Daniel Blais. New dishes on Nikkei's menu make their appearance, bringing fun fresh flavors to your palate, and signaling a fresh new start to the year. 






The menu includes a new trio of nigiri: Aburi salmon belly finished off with decadent truffle oil; Wagyu skirt steak topped with the crunch of potato strings; and smoked prawn with classic leche de tigre and spicy mayo. 





Sushi follows as a second course with a crowd favorite given a new spin: an Unagi Asparagus Roll with tobiko mayo and teriyaki sauce. 





Mains feel even more like a celebration: an Uni Ikura Don takes us to Sapporo for the holidays, while Fideo Saltado offers a festive Peruvian chow mein with tender buta no kakuni, squid, shrimp, and snapper. Decadence ends delightfully with a dessert of Matcha Truffles packing white chocolate and cashews.
