NEW: Chinese Fusion Takes The Spotlight In Xin Tian Di’s Updated Menu

Chinese food isn’t just good for take out—it’s also best enjoyed seated, nicely presented, and well-curated and prepared so that it bursts with the layers of traditional Chinese flavors we’ve come to love.

Even though we’re still in a pandemic, the reopened Xin Tian Di at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria makes a unique and memorable dining experience possible, with a new and improved menu lineup that promises an exceptional gastronomic treat. 

Masterfully prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Peter Yeung, guests may now sample the latest Chinese dishes like the Steamed Lobster with Black Truffle, Peking Duck Roll with Hoisin Sauce, Wok Fried Spain Iberico Pork Loin in Chinese Vinegar and Honey Dressing, and Fried Lobster with Butter Salted Egg. These delights, plus their other offerings, were chosen based on taste and the good fortune it is said to bring forth. 

For sweet endings, the chef also created special desserts, like the new Sweet Black & White Sesame Tea with Tongyuen Dumpling and the Buchi Surprise.

“It creates excitement,” says Gibeth Gloria, Xin Tian Di’s Executive Assistant Manager, on the revamped menu. “Our intent is to really be able to present a modern approach in Chinese cuisine without losing that authentic Chinese taste.”

Diners can expect more surprises from Xin Tian Di in the coming months. Apart from these fresh additions and the current Dimsum Unlimited Plus, more fusion dishes will be included soon. “The plan is to be able to come up with new fusion dishes quarterly, but still make sure that the all-time favorites are present without compromising on the quality of our food,” Gibeth shares.
