Cibo di Marghi
When Chef Margarita Forés added ‘Margarita’s Home Kitchen’, a line of frozen homestyle dishes to her brand Cibo di Margh, we loved it. Finally, we can get a taste of the superb homecooking of this amazing chef — even her ordinary lutong bahay is elevated. Margarita’s Roman Oxtail Stew (in photo), for example, gets a lovely punch from a little pinot grigio. While family favorites like Wawa’s Cubao Chicken with Butter or Wawa’s Lamb Kaldereta with Vodka have lovely richness that comes only after long hours of slow cooking. Browse the menu at @cibodimarghi on Instagram. To order, call (02) 7729-0030, (0917) 513-8932, (0917) 711-4326, email cibo@margaritafores.com, or send a DM to @cibodimarghi on Instagram.
