We’ve been sitting on the fence, watching the sushi bake trend unfold for several reasons. It's an oxymoron; sushi is not baked. But our initial resistance faded just as soon as we got to taste some really delicious sushi bake. Sure, it's a misnomer but the concept can work really well.
