Pizzulu’s Four Cheese with Truffle Honey
"When it comes to pizza, I prefer the classic or plain ones with no over-the-top toppings. If not meat lover's or pepperoni, I just usually buy quattro formaggi (four cheese) pizza. I like how it feels light but at the same time filling. I love pizza and cheese, so their combination is always sure to delight me. I recently discovered Pizzulu as I came across it on Instagram, and I'm instantly intrigued by how their brick oven pizza looks so photogenic. I wondered if they would taste as good as they looked. It didn't disappoint. Their 12-inch Four Cheese Pizza is made with bechamel sauce, mozzarella, smoked Gouda, cheddar, and bleu cheese; it comes with truffle honey sauce that really enhances the pizza's flavor and makes it all the more enjoyable. I'd like to try their Mozzarella Bacon Pizza and Mozzarella Garlic Pizza next! Order online at pizzulu.com and @pizzulu.pizza on Instagram." - Grace Libero, People Section Editor

a mano’s Pizza Tartufata
"I recommend a mano’s Pizza Tartufata, a white pizza with truffle paste, and a duetto of mozzarella, and fontina cheese. I love this pizza because the moment it’s served, you can smell the truffle and that alone makes it so wonderful! The crust has just the right amount of crunch plus the combination of cheeses balances all the flavors. I also find it so interesting that every bite is a surprise. There are variations in flavor because of how the truffle has spread through the pizza dough. This pizza definitely takes me back to Italy if only for a while. Order at (0917) 552-6266 or @amano.ph on Instagram." - Lala Ventura, Head of Metro Channel

a mano’s Patate e Ricotta Pizza,
“Potato on pizza? The concept might seem strange if you're more accustomed to tomatoes on top of pizza. But really, a mano’s Patate e Ricotta Pizza (Potato and Ricotta Pizza) echoes a traditional pizza style popular in Rome. A sturdy crust is the base for layers of thinly-sliced potatoes, fragrant rosemary, dollops of creamy ricotta, Pecorino Romano, and crisp shoestring potatoes. Its simplicity only focuses your palate on the quality of the ingredients, all coming together harmoniously in your mouth. With a bottle of wine at hand, what else can you possibly need? Order at (0917) 552-6266 or @amano.ph on Instagram.” - Troy Barrios, Food Section Editor

Vegetarian Pizzas by Gino's Brick Oven Pizza
"Gino's has apparently been around for ages, but being the creature of habit that I am, I failed to discover it sooner, but that's okay! It's better late than never when it comes to life's best things, including a pie that makes you feel like you're a member of a proudly third generation Italian family in Queens. When it comes to a good pizza, it's really less is more for me; I automatically have suspicions when I see pizza overflowing with an alarmingly mountainous mishmash of toppings because it looks like it's hiding deep, dark secrets it doesn't want diners to discover — like subpar ingredients, so-so dough, or just an overall flavor of "meh." And at Gino's, it was the first time I had pizza that had just a handful of ingredients, and I quickly learned that a handful is all you need when what you have in your hand is the best of the best stuff to make a great pizza. My favorites are any of their vegetarian offerings. The second best part of Gino's for me is its locations; it's not in malls or other heavy foot traffic areas, which adds to the Queens-y neighborhood feeling that some of the best Italian joints abroad are built on. And when it comes to Italian dining, atmosphere and flavor go hand in hand! Order online at ginosbrickovenpizza.com.ph." - Sara de los Reyes, Writer

Breakfast Pizza by Gino's Brick Oven Pizza
"I discovered Gino's back when it was just a hole in the wall pizza joint along the not so busy end of Katipunan. I fell in love with it as soon as I tried their Spicy Honey (Breakfast Pizza) along with its traditional brick-oven style pizza. The combination blew my mind when I first tried it. I never thought sweet and spicy could work perfectly well with something very Italian like a pizza. Order online at ginosbrickovenpizza.com.ph." - Miguel Pasiliao, Data Analyst

P&P Pizza by Ganzo Pizza Co
"Chef Bryan Francisco, the man behind Kapeng Mainit and this awesome pizza brand, whips up a great pizza overall—excellent dough, good (and heaps) cheese ratio to bread, interesting flavor combinations, etc. I highly recommend if you happen to be in the south! (A popular flavor btw is Ube Cheese Pizza—a great pick for ube lovers! Order from @ganzopizza on Instagram." - Justin Convento, Culture Editor

The pizzas by Crosta's Sourdough Pizzas

Their airy dough though and generous flavors prove that when it's bad, it's can be so, so good. Preorder online at crosta.kloud.ai/order, same-day orders at @crostapizzeria on Instagram, FoodPanda or GrabFood.” - Randz Manucom, Fashion Section Editor

Garlic Shrimp Pizza by Angel's Pizza
“I'm not a big pizza person, but my favorite pizza right now would definitely be Angel's Pizza. I love their garlic shrimp flavor, and I try to order it as much as I can whenever I crave pizza (which isn't a lot, but it happens!). My favorite pizza of all time, though, is the Quattro Formaggi pizza from Bravo. It's the only pizza that could turn me into someone who /really/ loves pizza. I haven't had it in a while, but now I need to go looking for it! Order from @angelspizzaph on Instagram.” - Renee Nuevo, Writer
