Handout photo</div>A first-of-its-kind beach club will be developed at Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, introducing new recreational amenities to the northern township.In a press statement, property developer Megaworld described the upcoming Ilocandia Beach Club as Laoag&#x27;s &quot;first and only beach club,&quot; inspired by Sentosa Island in Singapore.It will feature a beach club with direct access to the shoreline, as well as a promenade lined with restaurants, al fresco dining options, cafés, and retail shops, Megaworld said.The club facility will also house a fitness center, swimming pools, private VIP lounges with unobstructed sea views, relaxation areas, and walking and jogging paths.&quot;Our goal is to offer a unique, vibrant, and exciting beachside township experience in Ilocandia Coastown,&quot; said May Santos, head of sales and marketing at Ilocandia Coastown.&quot;We envision Ilocandia Beach Club to be the township’s flagship lifestyle hub and the definitive centerpiece of the Ilocandia Coastown experience where guests can enjoy a unique beachside lifestyle.
