<p>Get ready for a curated mix of retail, dining, and community at the heart of Angeles City with Power Plant Mall Angeles. On March 10, 2026, Rockwell Land and Juan D. Lazatin II</strong>, <strong>Mr. Eugenio L. Lopez III</strong>, <strong>Mr. Nestor J. Padilla</strong>, Chairman and CEO of Rockwell Land, and <strong>Mr. Miguel Ernesto L. Lopez</strong>, Rockwell Land Treasurer and Senior Vice President for Office Development. Also in attendance were <strong>Engr. Peter G. Nepomuceno</strong>, Chairman Emeritus of JDN Realty, and <strong>Mr. Arsenio N. Valdes</strong>, JDN Realty Chairman.</p><p>This was witnessed by prospective retail tenants, key project partners, consultants, and contractors who came in full force to get a glimpse of the Power Plant Mall in Pampanga. </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>The Power Plant Mall experience</strong></div><p>To those who often find themselves in Power Plant Mall in Makati, there’s a sense of <em>deja vu</em> because of how the Rockwell team has integrated the mall&#x27;s key elements into the Power Plant Mall Angeles design. </p><p>While the topping off ceremony traditionally marks the completion of a building’s structural framework, the Rockwell team prepared a peek of the mall by staging store facades, demonstrating finishes in key corridors, showing signs for wayfinding, and even showing the iconic Power Plant Mall architrave. </p><p>In Makati, the different wings are called the North and South Courts, while in Angeles, the mall is similarly divided into two sections—the East and West Courts. In Power Plant Mall Angeles, the sizes of the corridors, ceiling heights, and even the general layout are all familiar. They even have benches and planters to get a better sense of the space. The goal is to create a retail and dining destination that reflects both Rockwell’s signature aesthetic and the rich local culture of the Kapampangan community.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Inside the Rockwell at Nepo Center community</strong></div><p>Power Plant Mall Angeles forms a central component of <a href="https://metro.style/travel/2025/9/24/rockwell-at-nepo-center-shaping-the-next-lifestyle-hub-in-angeles-city-2110" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Rockwell at Nepo Center,</a> a 4.6-hectare mixed-use development situated in the heart of Angeles City. This was followed by <strong>The BenCab</strong>, launched in September 2022 and now 87 percent sold, with turnover scheduled for December 2026. The most recent addition, <strong>The Aurelio</strong>, introduced in October 2025, continues the development’s residential expansion.</p><p>With these projects gaining strong market response, Rockwell and JDN Realty are looking toward the next phase of growth for the property.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>What’s next?</strong></div><p>With structural works now complete, Power Plant Mall Angeles moves into the next stages of construction and interior development.
