The K-fever is still on high, and it doesn’t
just stop with binge-watching Korean dramas for hours on end. Our love for all
things Korean has extended to our taste in music—with LSS-worthy K-pop songs
playing all day on our speakers. From catchy, upbeat tracks by idol groups to
soothing, mesmerizing anthems by solo artists or idol subgroups, the dive into
the world of Korean music is an interesting exploration similar to picking out
which drama you should watch next.
Just this past weekend, it was reported that a massive team of K-pop fans and tik-tokers triumphed over Trump's Tulsa, Oklahoma rally by reserving a majority of tickets to the event, leading the President to believe that millions wanted to listen to him, only for the venue to be filled at half capacity. The whole world is now paying attention to Gen Z's woke power.
Next thing we know, we’re already digging more
about K-pop idols and stumbled upon some artists’ beautiful Seoul properties.
Yes, there’s more to these music icons than their jaw-dropping looks and killer
musical talent—they own spaces that’s a straight cutout from a shelter magazine
as well!
Think of the several chaebols’ houses or
apartments in some of the TV series we’ve seen—well-decorated, artfully
furnished, reeking of class and elegance. In real life, some of Korea’s top
music artists live luxuriously in their spacious private residence just like
the stylish flats we see in shows! If you’re curious for a sneak peek of their
homes, we gathered the looks to give you a virtual tour of five K-pop idols’
homes. Lust over these beautiful interiors from G-Dragon, Leeteuk, Yunho,
T.O.P., and Jaejoong’s respective abodes.

BIGBANG’s G-Dragon
Just recently, the 30-year-old idol has moved to the newly-built luxury apartment complex Nine One Hannam in Hannam-dong, Seoul. Months after his discharge from the military, the ‘King of K-pop’ is now cozily nestled in his modern, eccentric home. Just like his flamboyant taste in fashion, the interiors of his space reflect his bold, flashy, and glamorous persona. Everything is a statement piece without overpowering another—a colorful and powerful merge of styles, textures, and hues that only G-Dragon can pull off. We love his display of pop art and abstract paintings, as well as one-of-a-kind pieces like his choice of lighting, mirror, and lounge seats.

Super Junior’s Leeteuk
The King of Hallyu Wave’s leader Leeteuk’s home is clean and crisp in whites and grays. The modern minimalist home is an airy and roomy space, with simple yet fancy choices of fittings like the leather sofa and chic center and side tables. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer a great view of Seoul. His kitchen comes in a sleek and contemporary style, while other parts of his abode show off his huge collection of luxury goods.

TVXQ’s Yunho
The singer and actor lives in a clash of old school and modish place—but if there’s one word that can fully describe his house, it’s homey. In Yunho’s living room, one will be greeted with a big portrait of the artist that hangs above the gray leather sofa. Other accent pieces scatter around the area—an oval-shaped center table, a geometric side table, and a few vintage accessories make an otherwise plain room interesting. The wooden sliding doors give off a traditional vibe and allow natural light in the space. Meanwhile, the bedrooms are on a more dainty side—with bed accessories and walls dressed in floral while leaving the rest prim.

BIGBANG’s T.O.P.
The 32-year-old rapper’s home has been likened to a museum by many. He’s also carved an image in the art scene when he made it to Gorgeous Magazine’s 200 Art World Influencers list—he’s been a massive collector of art since his childhood days. As an avid fan of contemporary art, we can see a slew of artworks, fine objects, furniture, and sculptures he picked up from all over the world.

JYJ’s Jaejoong
Everything in Jaejoong’s luxury apartment is a piece of art. The all-white interior is attractively furnished in impressive furniture and accessories—from the statement sofa and horse lamp to the wall hangings, the sweep of decorations, and even the carpet! The display of character figures and artwork cast off a magnetic and edgy personality to the space, while the placement of more opulent stuff lends a flair of glam without going overboard.
