Yesterday, we experienced the hottest day of the year thus far, with a heat index of 41 degrees Celsius and a temperature of 36.5 degrees Celsius. With such weather, not only is it uncomfortable, it also poses the danger of heat exhaustion and heat stroke with tiring physical activities. Other than chugging down ice-cold drinks, eating ice cream, taking a dip in a pool, driving to the beach (with necessary precautions, of course), or using fresh-from-the-fridge skincare products, there’s one thing that we mustn’t forget—setting up our trusty fans at home!
