French author, Colette has been known to express, “Our perfect companions never have fewer than four feet,” in reference to the importance of pets in our lives.
This year, we’ve bonded with them in more ways than any other. They’ve kept us company as we stayed safe and stayed home, making the days in quarantine, which turned into weeks and months, that much more bearable. This year has indeed made us all appreciate the little wins in life, and undoubtedly, one of those is the company of our pets.
