10 Must-See Furniture Booths At The PIFS 2023
There's a wide range of furniture styles, materials and design exhibiting fine Filipino craftsmanship at this year's Philippine International Furniture Show
The Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines (CFIP), Cebu Furniture Industries Foundation, Inc. (CFIF) and the Pampanga Furniture Industries Foundation (PFIF) teamed up with Global-Link MP Events International for the country’s first Philippine International Furniture Show since the beginning of the pandemic. After a drought in home and lifestyle shows, those interested in furnishing their homes have through Saturday, March 11 to see the country’s wealth of talent in furniture design together in one venue.
The fair exhibits furniture that shows the range of craftsmanship that Filipinos do best. Expect to see weaves in local materials: rattan, bamboo, wicker and the like. Those who are looking for outdoor furniture perfect for the summer months will be happy to see the variety of choices in the fair.
On the other hand, intricate workmanship such as carved giltwood and adornments are also present, what with the representation of Pampanga, known for such artistry in the fair.

Modern contemporary to transitional styles can also be found at the PIFS, for those who are looking for sophisticated, stylish options that blend well with key pieces.

The Asmara Desk by Carlo Cordaro’s Atelier-A is a standout piece, having won the Best Furniture Design Award at the fair.
