<p>Today marks the fourth <strong>State of the Nation Address</strong> of <strong>President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos</strong>. Expectations are <strong></strong>centered on urgent recovery efforts and long-term solutions following the devastation caused by the recent typhoon. This year, the House of Representatives prompted a shift in focus from the usual &quot;fashion&quot; coverage of attendees to a more somber and socially attuned atmosphere reflective of the nation&#x27;s current challenges.</p><div><br/></div><p>In solidarity with the Filipinos who were recently affected by the typhoon last week, the House of Representatives released a memorandum encouraging its members “to avoid ostentatious displays and exercise discretion in their wardrobe choices&quot;. Among the adjustments made was the absence of the “red carpet” at the Session Hall of Batasang Pambansa Complex. Formal attire in traditional barong and Filipiniana is still required for all attendees to keep the solemn tone of the occasion.</p><div><br/></div><p>Below, we listed down the attendees at the opening of the 20th Congress and SONA. The attendees bannered the best of Filipino craftsmanship by supporting designers and local artisans for their custom looks for the SONA.
