<p>Wellness can mean different things to different people. For some, it’s a good night’s sleep on the best mattress in the world. For others, it’s an early morning swim to gear up for a long day ahead. And then there are those who associate being well with a sumptuous multi-course dinner and a few drinks in the company of friends. A <strong>Sleep Well Menu</strong> packed with amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that promote sleep and recovery is at your disposal, sparing you the pains of having to wait to digest a heavy meal before hitting the sack. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Westin experience without the main event: the <strong>iconic Westin Heavenly® Bed</strong>. I’ve tried many a comfy hotel bed in my life, but nothing compares to how soundly I slept—like a log if one might say—during my overnight stay for <strong>Global Wellness Day</strong>. Everything about the bed just felt right: plush enough to be comfortable, sturdy enough to give your body the support it needs. I’m a bit of a fussy sleeper, but I did not wake once during the night. 10/10 would recommend! For those who require it, an in-room <strong>Meditation Guide</strong> is available as well. For our in-room lunch and snacks, I helped myself to some <strong>Norwegian Salmon </strong>and <strong>Vegan Pancakes</strong>. I was unable to resist the allure of the famous <strong>Sisig Donut</strong>, which is one of the most incredible concoctions on The Westin’s menu. It may not be healthy, but it’s a comfort food for many, and comfort equals wellness. We also got to try out the signature <strong>5-Course Cantabria Set Menu at Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez</strong>, which was specially prepared by <strong>Chef Álvaro Romero-abreu Raya</strong>. The WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio is open 24/7, and checked-in guests are able to access the hotel’s curated WestinWORKOUT Routes for walking, running, and biking. If you’re the type who’d rather work out in your hotel room, the WestinWORKOUT® Gear Lending Program provides high-quality fitness essentials from Hyperice and Bala on demand. Among these are Hypervolt 2, a portable device that helps release tension and tight muscles, and the Normatec 3 Legs, an elite athlete&#x27;s go-to device that improves circulation, revives muscles, and reduces swelling. I signed up for the 60-minute Heavenly Spa Signature Massage, which is a Swedish massage done on a heated bed. Other massages, such as traditional <em>hilot </em>and treatments like facials and body scrubs, are available as well. Guests were given 15 minutes to cycle through meditative tracks using wireless MONDO by Defunc headphones, which fully block external noises.
