Handout/ICC</div>MANILA -- Former President Rodrigo Duterte was happy to learn of his reelection as mayor of Davao City.According to his youngest brother, Bong Duterte, who visited him in detention at The Hague, the former President was glad to hear the news.&quot;He&#x27;s very happy when I told him we got an overwhelming vote as mayor. His two grandsons also won in local races.Bong said he will stay in the Netherlands to look over his brother, who has been jailed by the International Criminal Court due to crimes to humanity. Siguro, two months na&#x27;ng nakalipas,” Duterte shared.He acknowledged that he was overwhelmed by the result of the midterm elections, particularly the support of the Davaoeños for his brother.&quot;I would like to take this opportunity to all the supporters of [F]PRRD. And of course, the Davaoeños who are really solid,&quot; said Bong. Regarding the results of the &quot;Duter10&quot;—a group of allied candidates—Bong expressed his disappointment that only five out of ten were elected, but he remained optimistic about the possibility of electoral protests. He chose to leave further comments to Vice President Sara Duterte.
