MANILA — The Bagong Henerasyon party-list said Thursday it has filed an urgent motion for its proclamation as it insisted it did not violate any election laws.The Commission on Elections suspended the proclamation of the Bagong Henerasyon and Duterte Youth party-lists due to pending disqualification petitions.Rep.
