It’s going to be an even hotter day in several parts of the country, with Dagupan City in Pangasinan facing 47 degrees Celsius heat index on Wednesday, weather bureau PAGASA said.A total of 17 areas, including Pasay City in Metro Manila, are facing dangerous heat index levels of 42 degrees Celsius and above.
