Treat Yourself This Mother's Day With The First-Ever Metro MomCon
This upcoming virtual event is the fun and informative workshop series for moms!
Being a mom is tough, but being a mom in a pandemic is even tougher. The obstacles and hardships faced by mothers are not new, but the new normal has given them more visibility when the boundaries of work, family, and life have been disrupted.
Take pre-pandemic life, for example: before the assault of the coronavirus on all our lives, moms had the freedom to schedule their tasks, free up time to take breaks, and manage housekeeping and parenting. Living under lockdown has blurred boundaries and muddled schedules, making everyday a bit more challenging.
But we know they’re always on the lookout for ways to make life easier. This May, Metro wants to inspire, inform, involve, and recharge moms, especially during these challenging times. On May 15, a virtual Mother’s Day event is set to take place: Metro MomCon, a one-day gathering for moms to inspire them to live their best lives despite the pandemic.
The free event will take place on Zoom, and will cover panel discussions and workshops on parenting, food, home and living, relationships, and beauty. We've got your kids covered with workshops too, so nobody misses out on the fun!
