10 Things About Korean Actor-Idol Jinyoung of GOT7
ICYMI: Jinyoung is holding a "Rendezvous" fan meet in Manila this February
As a member of the global idol group GOT7, Jinyoung made it big through a bunch of projects as an entertainer and even proved his acting prowess in a string of K-drama series: from the teenage-oriented television series Dream High 2 (2012), fun-laden fiction He Is Psychometric (2019), melodrama material When My Love Blooms (2020), to The Devil Judge (2021) and of course, Yumi’s Cells (2022).
Last year, event producer PULP Live World announced that the K-pop star will be returning to the Philippines this February to hold a fan meet. In 2019, Jinyoung previously visited the country for a sold-out GOT7 concert in Pasay City, Metro Manila. On Instagram, PULP shared, “Here's a secret we don't want to keep to ourselves—Park Jinyoung wants to personally meet you this February 2023. Are you ready to accept this invitation?”
Titled “Rendezvous: Secret Meeting Between You and Me,” Jinyoung’s fan meeting will happen on February 26, 2023 at 5 PM at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

He is the “mother” of his group, GOT7.
Jinyoung is no ordinary member of his boy band, as the members treat him as their mother. With a natural instinct for nurturing his fellow idols, he fondly looks out for the other lads in the team. A philanthropist in practice, our charmer champions causes through donations. To date, he reportedly allotted a handsome amount of his earnings to emergency responses, disaster reliefs, and calamity victims. He offered a considerable value, for one, to an organization that aided animals affected by bushfires in Australia. He has also donated to associations assisting disaster-struck areas in SoKor.
