ABS-CBN has recently released this year’s Christmas ID, capturing the spirit of the yuletide season. Titled “Tayo Ang Ligaya Ng Isa’t Isa,” the lyric video of the latest holiday anthem has harvested millions of views on YouTube. The media company’s newest Christmas track, which is written and hatched by Robert Labayen, Vice President of Creative Communications Management Division for ABS-CBN, hymns gratitude and giving thanks.

Composed by singer-songwriter Jonathan Manalo and arranged by music arranger Tommy Katigbak, the music’s melody is an easy catch to the ears. The song is performed by Kapamilya personalities such as A-listers Sharon Cuneta, Regine Velasquez, Anne Curtis-Smith, and of course, the country’s topnotch love team, KathNiel. Sarah Geronimo, Piolo Pascual, KZ Tandingan, Jed Madela, Erik Santos, Morissette, Martin Nievera, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Ogie Alcasid, Angeline Quinto, and Moira dela Torre also appeared in the star-studded recording.

Donny Pangilinan, Belle Mariano, Jolina Magdangal, Melai Cantiveros, Chito Miranda, Francine Diaz, Seth Fedelin, KD Estrada, Alexa Ilacad, Darren Espanto, AC Bonifacio, Darna headliners Jane de Leon, Joshua Garcia, Janella Salvador, and the rest of the superhero series’ cast partook in the carol, too.

In time for Christmas celebration, ABS-CBN’s annual tradition of arranging a track for the sought-after season has indeed turned into a pop culture phenomenon.
