With her job as a budding actress and a model, Maymay has inevitably found herself interested in fashion, because in the world she now lives in, she is surrounded by it. She considers Erich Gonzales, Sarah Geronimo, and Maja Salvador as her local style icons—Erich for the simplicity of her aesthetic and Sarah and Maja for their edgy, performance-ready ensembles.

Now that she sees dressing and fixing herself up as a creative outlet of sorts, she's been shopping for and investing on some accessories like hats and shoes as well as makeup brushes.

Maymay clearly wants to make the most of the opportunity she's been given to live a life in the limelight. With a grateful heart and an optimistic perspective, she shares with Metro.Style the goals she has set for herself: "To walk on several fashion shows while I'm still young. That's something I want to experience. I want to be a better actress. I want to learn more about my profession."
