Look! Kelsey Merritt And Catriona Gray Bumped Into Each Other In NYC

It was a stunning chance meet-up between the prettiest girls in the universe and the heavens!

Little did Victoria's Secret model Kelsey Merritt and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray realize they would be showing off Pinoy beauty at the amfAR Gala New York, a star-studded event that unofficially opens the hotly anticipated New York Fashion Week while honoring individuals who have significantly contributed to the fight against HIV and AIDS. 

Kelsey, the first Filipina to walk the legendary Victoria's Secret runway, and Catriona, current titleholder of the world's most prestigious pageant, were invited to grace the A-list affair, with Queen Cat even having her own moment on the red carpet.

It's also not unlikely that the amfAR Gala will be the first and last time Kelsey and Catriona bump into each other at glitzy parties; both women are based in the Big Apple, with Kelsey living in her posh Tribeca apartment (where she literally lives next door to celebs like Beyoncé, Harry Styles, and Ryan Reynolds!) and Catriona cozily stationed in the Miss Universe New York headquarters.

And who knows? With a potential friendship budding between this pair, they could be on double dates with their equally good-looking beaus the next time we spot them together. (It's Olympian gold medalist Conor Dwyer with Kelsey and fitness enthusiast Clint Bondad with Catriona, in case you were wondering!).

Overall, both Kelsey and Catriona seem to be settling into their brand new lives as New Yorkers just swimmingly. They've each succeeded in their chosen paths and have pretty much been living the dream (did you know that Kelsey has actually worked out with the Zac Efron and Catriona has had the pleasure of being glammed up by Selena Gomez' makeup artist?), making Filipinos everywhere swell up with pride.
