In Photos: These Celebs Wore Spookily Stylish Costumes For Halloween!
Are you tricking the mind or treating the eye with your Halloween costume this year? Take your cue from these celebs!
The likes of Emma Roberts, Gwen Stefani, Cole Sprouse, Khloe Kardashian and our very own Martine Ho, Jess Wilson, and Isabelle Daza are gearing up for the scariest holiday of the year—scarily fun, that is! The time where the young and young at heart come out to play until the darkest hours of the night is right around the corner, which means everyone is all set to impress (or frighten) us with the best outfits they've come up with.
Ranging from cheek-pinch cute to downright creepy, these costumes, masks, wigs and cosmetic creations are some of the best we've seen so far. We're definitely borrowing an idea or two from these famous faces who have mastered the art of Halloween dress-up! Check out their outfits below!
The popstar known the world over for her scene-stealing street style and larger-than-life concert ensembles took it up a notch on Halloween. This year, she's the kind-hearted ragdoll Sally from Tim Burton's macabre Christmas-meets-Halloweens cult classic, The Nightmare Before Christmas.
He's not just Jughead this year, but a dead serious anime antagonist, too, or at least that's what he called himself when he posed for a shoot, featuring him projecting some pretty dagger-eyed expressions. While it's not exactly a Halloween costume, we definitely feel the chills down our spines, Cole.
Fashion designer and all-around awesome mom and wife Lauren Conrad went for a mix of adorable and only mildly scary this year. Swoon over her and her son Liam's matching blackbird outfits—his definitely wins the day!
It'll be the first Halloween for Khloe's daughter, True! We can already imagine how this super fashion-forward mom will go all-out for this annual opportunity to dress her up in Instagram-worthy costumes. True's pre-Halloween unicorn outfit is already pretty cute, though.
American Horror Story's favorite sassy witch Emma is feeling right in her element now that Halloween's come around. Here she is with Jamie Lee Curtis in an unsettling photo taken to promote Halloween, their upcoming project together.
Alyanna made sure her baby girl Adalynn wasn't just cute, but cozy, too! The tiny tot was all bundled up in an orange-red plush lobster outfit that kept her warm when her parents brought her to a Halloween event in Boney Island, California.
Nicole and her posse opted for a group outfit—their Stranger Things cast photo is an awesome Halloween party inspiration! The holiday is about hanging out with your friends, after all, so this group execution is definitely giving us great ideas.
Boho queen Vanessa Hudgens admittedly doesn't need Halloween to play dress up with how amazingly varied her wardrobe is, but here she is looking totally enchanting as the equally alluring Mata Hari, an actual historical figure.
This English rose is trading in her sunny disposition and sunny blonde locks for a raven-black look as everyone's favorite goth mom, Morticia Addams.
Being part of a girl band has its advantages come Halloween; you're used to getting glammed up and putting on a show in amazing outfits! Take it from Little Mix's Perrie Edwards who nailed it this year in her cartoon-comes-to-life take on The Little Mermaid villain Ursula.
This red-headed beauty showed up at A-list event as a Greek goddess of sorts. Doing her hair in tight ringlets and donning a white, purple, and gold-themed ensemble, she pulled off the look very well. Best of all, it was part of a group dress-up date, too; Simon Cowell, Rod Stewart, and Pixie Lott were all in on it!
The beautiful and adorable daughter of Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes was dressed up by her mom in a cute intergalactic space-themed Halloween costume for a school event. Not your ordinary costume, hers was interestingly made up of recycled materials: umbrella, clothes wire, hose, newspaper, cardboard, and tetrapaks. This is just a teaser, as Dingdong said on Instagram, "Looking forward to our 'actual' costumes next week!"
At ang buhok...well, wig na yan!?? Gujab, Mama @marianrivera! Looking forward to our “actual” costumes next week! ????
Martine Cajucom and Cliff Ho
Metro Weddings cover girl Martine Cajucom is all vamped up for her first Halloween as a married woman. She and her husband Cliff are twinning for the spookiest night of the year—as a couple of blood-sucking undead!
Blake Go, Divine Lee-Go, and their son Baz
Halloween isn't just fun for couples and groups of friends; it could totally be a family affair, too! Check out how Divine and her hubby Blake channeled the superheroes in them with matching outfits straight from Disney's feistiest family, The Incredibles.
Because he looks like JackJack of The Incredibles. We went totally cliche! Hahaha! *PS and it’s the easiet costume to find. I would like to thank my husband for wearing the muscle suit to complete our look ?? Thanks Tita @nonobydyan for the Halloween shoot! Guys! If I’m Cebu, do get her for your baby shoot! She’s a baby whisperer! #FamiLEEGOals
Balthazar Daza Semblat
According to this guy's proud momma, this little boy came as a content creator who does monologues on camera. Isabelle Daza and Adrien Semblat definitely get an A+ for originality!
Is that a pretty woman we see? Jess Wilson pays tribute to the Richard Gere-Julia Roberts classic with thigh high boots and a blonde wig to match!
Lily Feather Prats
She's as sweet as can be! Isabel Oli and John Prats' first child, Lily Feather, was adorable in a Strawberry Shortcake costume made for the cutest little girls just like her.
Who said breakups would make Halloween less fun? Jenna Dewan, after her divorce from Channing Tatum, is looking just fine and enjoying her return to singlehood—as a mystical, glittery unicorn, no less!
Fifth Harmony's Lauren highlighted her sassiness and spunkiness with taking on the persona of a character known for the same: Suicide Squad's Harley Quinn! The mismatched red and blue pigtails, glitter hotpants, fishnet stockings, and signature baseball bat were all part of her convincing ensemble.
Kiera, daughter of actress Melissa Ricks, would like her coffee with a side of diamonds, please. Or at least, that's what her Audrey Hepburn/Breakfast at Tiffany's-inspired costume seems to say! This toddler nailed the iconic film's most famous outfit at a trick or treat event, adding an extra touch with a purple pumpkin candy basket.
Kylie Jenner and Stormi
If you were expecting Kylie to come up with twinning outfits for herself and her baby girl Stormi, you were right! The mommy-daughter duo is all glammed up for this year's Halloween parties in matching pastel pink and black butterfly outfits.
Queen Bey chose to be meaningful rather than ghoulish for Halloween. The international popstar recreated an iconic Toni Braxton images with the intention of honoring the African-American singers that came before her. She nailed the outfit, beginning with her hair right down to the pose!
She's not Darna this time; she's Pennywise! And it's so on-point that it's scary. Buried in layers of makeup and a persona that couldn't have been farther away from her real character, Liza killed it (get it?) as the murderous clown from 80's classic It turned new blockbuster. Props to her makeup team and stylist for the awesome transformation!
