Celebrities Congratulate Son Ye-Jin On Her Upcoming Wedding

Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin are engaged, and their loved ones and fans all over the world cannot contain their happiness for this reel- to real-life couple from K-drama Crash Landing on You (CLOY). On February 10, the two released heartfelt letters on social media, to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding that's scheduled to take place in Seoul this coming March.

The actress took to Instagram to share this happy news, writing "I have found someone to spend the rest of my life with.. Yes.. the person you think is right.. He is such a warm and reliable person just by being with him. I thought it was something unexpected for a man and woman to meet, share their hearts, and promise a future... We came here naturally. Thank you for everything around us that made our relationship our destiny." 

Immediately, her post gained millions of likes and thousands of comments and congratulatory messages from her celebrity friends and even Filipino celebrities who have come to love the CLOY couple and are K-drama fans. 

Singer/actress Lee Jung-hyun expressed her excitement for Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin who she thinks make a very pretty couple.

Actress Oh Yoon-ah congratulated her, adding a note for Hyun Bin: “Please make our Yejin happy.”

Her close friends and fellow actresses Lee Min-jung and Song Yoon-ah filled her comments section with clapping and heart emojis.

Filipino celebrities Jolina Magdangal-Escueta, Yasmien Kurdi, and Anne Curtis-Smith also commented on Son Ye-jin’s post; Jolina sent virtual hearts her way, Yasmien opted for emojis with heart eyes, and Anne commented “Congratulations Mars! 💖💖”

Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin first worked together via the 2018 film The Negotiation. The following year, on December 14, 2019, their K-drama Crash Landing on You was released; the series ran until February 16, 2020. They publicly confirmed their relationship on January 1, 2021, as revealed by Korean media outlet Dispatch.
