Here's What Kelsey Merritt And Conor Dwyer Are Up To In Their Palawan Vacay!
After making highly anticipated appearances at the annual Bench Fashion Week, Filipino Victoria's Secret Kelsey Merritt and her boyfriend Conor Dwyer, are taking it easy in the picturesque island of Palawan.
Happy to escape the United States' chilly temperatures for a few days, the couple has been loving all that the tropical paradise can offer and getting a headstart on everything summer!

We're especially happy that Conor, an Olympic gold medalist, has been enjoying his first-ever visit to the Philippines. The athlete flew to Manila in March to make his runway debut as the newest Bench Active endorser, and he's since been learning more about everything Filipino.

"The beaches are stunning, food is incredible, and the locals are without a doubt the most kind and welcoming people I’ve come across," he wrote on Instagram.
He's also given us peeks of all that he's seen so far, including Palawan's world-famous limestone cliffs, pristine shorelines, luxury hospitality, postcard-pretty horizons, and unmistakable turquoise waters.

Kelsey has likewise been living our sunny summer dreams with her long, uninterrupted days on the beach. The Metro.Style cover girl who considers herself "an island girl" is back in her element and taking full advantage of being back home.

Checked in at the El Nido Resorts—the same place YOU's Shay Mitchell stayed in during her own visit to the Philippines—Kelsey endearingly expressed excitement over a Filipino breakfast of rice, tapa, and tocino. But when it comes to local food and beverage options, curated meals weren't the only things she and Conor were hungry for; Kelsey climbed an actual coconut tree, just for Conor!

Kelsey also took the chance to highlight Palawan's no-plastic rule; the island discourages and even bans the use of single-use plastic items (water bottles included), an advocacy that Kelsey is a strong supporter of.
Finding other views to share with us, Kelsey also took us inside her resort room full of warm wood interiors and breezy white furnishings—a pretty complement to her neutral-hued outfit!

Other things that Conor and Kelsey have been up to include kayaking—on pretty see-through kayaks, at that—sipping on mango slushies to their hearts' content, and of course, quality time together.
