All The Details Of Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck's Laid-Back Las Vegas Wedding

Hollywood stars Jennifer Lopez, 52, and Ben Affleck, 49, tied the knot over the weekend. The low-key ceremony of #Bennifer was held at the first-rate famous chapel A Little White Wedding Chapel in Clark County, Nevada. 

On July 16, news sources reported that the pair flew to the place and managed to arrive at almost midnight. The celebrity couple, who rekindled their relationship in 2021, have dated in the early 2000s and declared their engagement prior to parting ways. Now in a wedlock, the two entertainment industry veterans have spent a turbulent on-and-off romance before they finally said their “I Dos.” 

Confirming that the union had, in fact, unraveled, pop superstar J. Lo penned a touching newsletter tribute to her love of a lifetime via the website On The JLo. In the preface, she wrote: “We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient.” 

Calling the little celebration as something that they have always set their hearts on, Jennifer continued, “When love is real, the only things that matter in marriage is one another and the promise we make to love, care, understand, be patient, loving, and good to one another. We had that. And so much more. Best night of our lives.”

Mrs. Affleck posted a photo of herself post-wedding, showing her wedding ring and inviting her followers to visit On The JLo website: "Sadie! #iykyk Go to OnTheJLo for all the deets. #linkinbio"

Jennifer also posted that she wore a piece from an 'old movie;' from this bridal dress, she later changed into an off-the-shoulder lace gown with a corseted bodice by Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad. “So with the best witnesses you could ever imagine, a dress from an old movie and a jacket from Ben’s closet, we read our own vows in the little chapel and gave one another the rings we’ll wear for the rest of our lives.” 

The singer-actress savored every moment of their magical encounter, and commended the chapel, too, for the good time that they have had in their nothing-fancy nuptials. She revealed, “We barely made it to the little white wedding chapel by midnight. They graciously stayed open late a few minutes, let us take pictures in a pink Cadillac convertible.”

Jennifer's hair stylist Chris Appleton also shared a clip, showing this bride all glammed up a few moments before the wedding.

The newlyweds revived their romance with the blessings of their kids on both ends; Jennifer has two kids with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Ben has three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. “They were right when they said, ‘All you need is love.’ We are so grateful to have that in abundance, a new wonderful family of five amazing children and a life that we have never had more reason to look forward to. Stick around long enough and maybe you’ll find the best moment of your life in a drive-through in Las Vegas at twelve-thirty in the morning,” Jennifer expressed. “Love is a great thing, maybe the best of things—and worth waiting for.”
