Superstar couple <strong>Dingdong Dantes</strong> and <strong>Marian Rivera</strong> (<strong>DongYan</strong>) hit a new life and career milestone as the pair is set to grace the big screen with <strong><em>Rewind</em></strong>, a film project by <strong>Star Cinema</strong>/<strong>ABS-CBN Films</strong>, <strong>APT Entertainment</strong>, and <strong>Agosto Dos Media</strong>.</p><div><br/></div><p>The talented couple will star in <em>Rewind</em>, a film set to be directed by <strong>Mae Cruz-Alviar </strong>and written by<strong> Enrico Santos </strong>with <strong>Carmi Raymundo </strong>as the creative director. It’s a project that is years in the making and has been under negotiation and planning even before the pandemic happened. The plans were stalled when COVID-19 hit and impacted the industry.</p><div><br/></div><p>Asked what the movie is all about, <em>Direk</em> Mae shared a brief but meaningful teaser and description for the highly anticipated DongYan project.“It’s a family drama with a touch of magical realism. Every time Dingdong shares his great experience to her, all she could say was, “<em>Sana balang araw</em>.” </p><div><br/></div><p>When the project finally took shape and received the go signal, the actress vowed to finally make it happen.“<em>Gagawin ko iyan kahit mahirapan ako s</em>a schedule,” Marian jests. I’ve experienced working with him and <em>parang gusto mong maulit</em>. Now it’s not just with him but also with his lovely wife. It’s an event film, an event project. <em>Sino’ng hihindi sa</em> project <em>na ito</em>? <em>Kaya sobrang</em> something to look forward <em>to</em>,” the director says.</p><div
