Auxiliary Search and Rescue Medal and Ribbon</strong>, recognizing his heroic contributions to the rescue operations during the onslaught of the super typhoon <strong>Carina</strong> in Metro Manila last month. </p><div><br/></div><p>Gerald, an auxiliary commander with the PCG, was awarded by PCG Commandant, CG Admiral Ronnie Gil Gavan, during a commendation ceremony on August 8 at the National
