Wow! Is Son Ye-Jin Smart's Newest Endorser?

Telecommunications company Smart just dropped a teaser for their newest brand endorser. The caption reads, “Watch out for another reveal.” The last time they did a “RIveal” last May, they launched top Korean actor Hyun Bin aka Captain Ri Jeong-hyeok from Crash Landing on You (CLOY) as their first South Korean celebrity endorser. Now, it seems that it’s Son Ye-jin’s (aka Yoo Se-ri from CLOY) turn to ride the Korean wave that has washed over Filipinos for so long.   

Netizens were quick to associate Son Ye-jin as the motorcycle-riding woman in the six second-long teaser. And why not?! Although the artist is wearing a helmet to match what appears to be a white leather jacket and black pants outfit combo, her body frame resembles that of the Korean actress'. 

Smart’s upcoming commercial also has the same look and feel as that of their much talked-about TVC with Hyun Bin, wherein he rode a luxury car. It just makes a lot of sense to release a similar TVC for his on-screen partner and one-half of the so-called BinJin couple.  

What further leads netizens to believe that Son Ye-jin is the next Smart brand ambassadress is the fact that, last July 18, she actually Instagrammed a short video clip that appears to be behind the scenes at a shoot. There, she's riding, guess what, a motorcycle in an outfit that looks like what the woman in Smart's teaser is wearing. 

The last part of the teaser also says "Smart Signature." Could the "s" in signature also mean to stand for Son Ye-jin?

This is SERIously exciting! We can't wait to see the full commercial!
