Iza Calzado Gives Off Goddess Vibes in Her Maternity Shoot

The soon-to-be mama shows off her baby bump in this ethereal pictorial

Kapamilya actress and mother-to-be Iza Calzado shared a series of photographs from her maternity shoot, and she looks radiant!

As striking as always, she wowed her fans and followers with her elegant, sang'gre-inspired looks. As she waits to introduce her firstborn to the world, Iza first shows off her baby bump, with one layout done alongside her husband Ben Wintle.

Captured by renowned lensman BJ Pascual, the 40-year-old K-Love star flaunted three different outfits. She looked divine in a white ensemble by Mark Bumgarner and SYNE, majestic in a crystallized serpent corset and serpentine skirt by Jaz Cerezo, and simply chic in a white dress also by SYNE.

Iza’s hair was styled by Renz Pangilinan, whereas her spot-on makeup was all thanks to Lala Flores. Styled by John Karunungan and Katrina Cruz, Darna actress Iza looks like a goddess exuding a motherhood glow.

Iza captioned her first post, “Divine Feminine, Divine Power, Divine Purpose.” The shot was in classic black-and-white, and Iza was wearing a matching white ensemble. Her flowing silk skirt was a creation of Syne, while her billowing ruffled top was made by fashion designer Mark Bumgarner.

In the next photo, Mrs. Wintle is clearly making a statement with her embellished Jaz Cerezo corset and skirt paired with a headdress fit for a goddess or otherworldly queens. Channeling one of her most iconic roles to date—Amihan, a wind deity—Iza said that “she’s giving Sanggre vibes.”

Iza and her husband Ben Wintle are the subjects of the final snapshots that Iza put out. “We humbly ask for love and prayers as we enter this new chapter of our lives. Will be taking a short social media break as I go through matrescence and experience its joys and challenges,” Iza said in the caption. “We are so excited to meet you and hug you, little one! You are so loved!”

Earlier this month, Iza and Ben's friends threw them a baby shower, which was held at Okada Manila. "Looking through the photos now and can’t help but think how loved our baby is and how blessed we are to have so many people to lean on through this parenthood journey, through life! Our hearts are full," she wrote on Instagram.

In August last year, in time for her 40th birthday, Iza announced that she and Ben are parents-to-be. Iza's sister-in-law, Bianca King (who's married to Ben's brother, Ralph), is also about to give birth soon.

Iza and Ben got married in Palawan in December 2018.
