This generation’s Darna, Jane De Leon, got her much-deserved break as she celebrated her 24th birthday on November 22 with select family and showbiz friends in Okada Manila. Looking ethereal at every level, her main dress code speaks cocktail ensembles in shimmering elegance. She donned Filipino designer pieces and pleased the crowd with AJ Javier, Carl Arcusa, Julianne Syjuco, and Michael Leyva creations.

The star-studded party was attended by personalities from the entertainment industry including her fellow Darna cast members Zaijian Jaranilla, Rio Locsin, Paolo Gumabao, Kira Balinger, and Joj Agpangan.

Julia Barretto, Gerald Anderson, Tim Yap, Hayden Kho, Enchong Dee, and Darren Espanto were also spotted in the affair. “My heart is overwhelmed because of these beautiful souls celebrating with me. I love you, guys!” Jane posted on her Instagram page.

Currently taking on her first teleserye leading role, Jane was launched into stardom following her successful Darna audition. The breakthrough actress has initially piqued the public’s interest through her character Maggie in the TV show Halik alongside Kapamilya stars Jericho Rosales, Sam Milby, Yen Santos, and Yam Concepcion. On IG, she imparted: “To the people who showed me their love and support all these years and made me who I am today, I love you!”
