Janine Gutierrez Posts Throwback Metro.Style Shoot A La "Dirty Linen"

Dirty Linen star Janine Gutierrez Instagrammed throwback photos from her Metro.Style cover shoot with the funny caption: "Yung kakabalik mo lang galing day off eh pinaglaba ka na agad."  

The photos Janine posted were from her exclusive Metro.Style cover feature, published in March 2021. The shots, taken by photographer BJ Pascual, show the actress looking sexy and chic even though it appears as if she's getting ready to do the laundry and hang the clothes. 

The photo shoot's concept is timely and relevant today, as it seems like she's channeling her character Alexa/Mila—a woman who works as a housemaid for an influential family that she's planning to take revenge on—in the new trending ABS-CBN and Dreamscape series Dirty Linen. 

The obvious connection prompted Janine to write: "#throwback @metrodotstyle - did we manifest this role?? 😂"

BJ Pascual, who also served as the creative director for the shoot, envisioned Janine basking in a vintage Mediterranean summer setting in the alleys of Sardegna, Italy. The vision came to life, thanks to AdSet Productions' on-point set design.

Fashion stylists Melville Sy, Maita Baello, and Shark Tanael dressed up the muse in black and white pieces that showcase 90s minimalism. Giving her the perfect beauty looks for the chosen theme were makeup artist Robbie Piñera and hairstylist Mark Familara. 

The throwback photos Janine posted had celebrities and personalities like Dimples Romana, Martine Cajucom-Ho, Katarina Rodriguez, and Camille Co commenting on how beautiful and sexy she is!
