<p><strong>Julia Montes</strong> makes her primetime TV comeback with the Philippine adaptation of NIPPON TV’s <em><strong>Mother</strong></em>, which will be known locally by the title <em><strong>Saving Grace</strong></em>!</p><div><br/></div><p>According to her interview with TV Patrol&#x27;s MJ Felipe, this is really special to her because it was the last project she discussed with <a href="https://metro.style/amp/people/celebrities/celebrities-share-learnings-from-deo-endrinal/37541" target="_blank">the late Dreamscape head <strong>Deo Endrinal</strong></a>. &#x27;&#x27;<em>Yung</em> plan for <em>Saving Grace</em> is really big, and &#x27;<em>yung</em> story, <em>ang ganda nu&#x27;ng</em> story and <em>ang ganda nu&#x27;n</em><em>g</em> lesson and story Saving Mara. <em>Sinave ako ni</em> Sir Deo... in many ways. Personal. Career. And I felt <em>na</em> ever since, <em>isa si</em> Sir Deo <em>sa talagang naniwala sa kaya ko</em>. Going back <em>Mara Clara</em>, never <em>kong in</em>-expect <em>na ibibigay sa akin &#x27;yung</em> Clara role. Its plot revolves around a temporary elementary school teacher who finds out one of her students is being abused by her mother. She takes in the child and together they share new experiences, like mother and child. </p><div><br/></div><p>The Philippines&#x27; <em>Saving Grace</em>, an <strong>ABS-CBN Studios</strong> offering under <strong>Dreamscape Entertainment </strong>production, marks the 10th international remake of <em>Mother, </em>Asia’s Most Exported Scripted Format.</p><div><br/></div><p>Julia&#x27;s last full <em>teleserye</em> was back in 2018 via the series <em><strong>Asintado</strong>. </em>This was followed by the limited series <em><strong>24/7</strong></em> before the pandemic hit. She also had a stint in <strong><em>FPJ&#x27;s Ang Probinsyano</em></strong> in 2021.
